Step 1: Go to: http://www.fieldprintflorida.com to access the registration site.
Click on the "Schedule and Appointment" Button,
Step 3: Enter email address in the New User/ Sign up section
Step 4: Click on "Continue" button
Enter the Applicable information in the "Sign Up" Section.
STEP 6: Click on the "Continue" Button
STEP 7: You will NEED to indicate the reason why you are being fingerprinted. CLICK the "I know my finger print code" link.
Enter the applicable Fieldprint code indicated below in the "Insert Fieldprint Code Here"
Please note that they codes are case sensitive
Select letter (b) Fieldprint Code: FPLCDirAccessBadgePrints
Enter the applicable data in the "Personal Information" and "Demographic" sections
STEP 10: Select the applicable information from the drop down menu in the "Additional Information" section.
STEP 11: Enter your Applicable address information in order to locate a convenient fingerprinting location.
STEP 12: Click on "FIND" button
STEP 13: Select a location and schedule an appointment.
Select a PAYMENT option and complete all of the applicable payment fields.
STEP 15: Please email Miriam Casiano at Vendorbadging@LeeSchools.net when you have been printed to request your badge. Badges may be picked up from the Human Resources Department M-F: 8am-12:30 pm and 1:30 pm-4:00 pm.
